Q: Where can I park?

A: There is free parking at the Rockville Town Square for the first 90 minutes of your visit, and other parking available. See Parking.

Q: What can I do at the Makerspace?

A: Anyone is welcome to use the community Seed Library, where you can take a seed, leave a seed. Members are entitled to use the space to work on projects or socialize, borrow tools from the tool library, use the Makerspace equipment such as 3D Printers, Laser Engravers, Sewing Machines, Heat Press, Silk Screen, Woodshop Tools (with safety certification), etc.,.. Q: What is the late fee policy for the Tool Library?

A: Late tools are charged a penalty of $1 per tool, per day. This adds up quickly, especially for multiple tools checked out, so please return tools on time. This ensures that they are available for the next person to find in the tool library and check out. 

You can let us know ahead of time if you need to check out tools for an extended duration, and we may be able to give you an extended loan, depending on the tool's popularity. Members are also able to renew a loan online one time, provided no one has it on hold.
