Membership Types
We offer 3 types of membership for adults 18+:

Annual Membership: Receive all of the benefits of membership for only $60 per year. That's only $5 per month!
a. Flexible Pricing Annual Membership: We don't want ability to pay to stop anyone from becoming a member. If the cost of annual membership is a hardship, please select this option and select the price that works for you. -
Monthly Membership: Home on Summer Break? In the area for a few weeks for business? For $15 per month, you can become a member without committing to an annual plan. Automatic renewal available.

Use the Makerspace during Member Hours to work on projects and use our equipment (some equipment requires certification and training). Members may also bring one guest each time they visit.

Free monthly classes, demonstrations, and workshops

Members who live in Montgomery County can borrow from the Tool Library's growing collection of DIY books and tools for woodworking, sewing, soldering, arts and crafts, photography, gardening, baking, and more! Access thousands of dollars worth of equipment for just a few dollars per month. Browse our inventory here.

Join our active community of DIY experts, amateurs, and newbies for monthly meetings, volunteer projects, and social events

How to Become a Member

Click here to create your account and review and approve the required notices.

After registering, you will be asked to select the type of membership and whether you live in Montgomery County.

You can then either pay online or close the registration program and visit us in person during Member Hours on Tuesdays 6-8 PM and Saturdays 12-4 PM to pay in person.

At your first visit, please bring proof of your age and current address, and we will provide your membership card.
